Schleswig has plenty to offer for families with children: a high quality of life, affordable housing and a vast number of daycare centers and schools.

Gnomes, ladybugs and polar bears: These are some of the creative names of different daycare groups. Five daycare centers with 450 spots are funded by the city. Furthermore there are available cribs and daycare centers independently operating under danish and church sponsorship.
